So Many Problems!

Even though I have been in the Mortgage Industry for over 20 years, I am ALWAYS looking for ways that I can improve. One example of this is I used to complain to my coach that other people’s problems kept interrupting my plans for the day. This would lead to frustration and even resentment. Can you relate?

The solution was to change my mindset. My coach suggested going into each day asking, “What problems CAN I solve today?” Our mindset and attitude impacts our results. No matter our roles, we are all leaders who face issues every day.
