They key to creating, and keeping, good partnerships is to add value – consistently. I prefer video, and at least weekly. Get it on your schedule, send it consistently, and then as you meet new agents, offer to ‘include’ them. Everyone wants to feel included. Finally, do not overthink it. Most of my videos are one take!
