About Trevor Hammond
My journey started 25 years ago as a struggling Loan Officer, working hard to get business and make money. As I began to find success, I realized I had increasingly less time to enjoy the wealth I was building by doing things I really loved. I was determined to find a way to build a successful mortgage practice without sacrificing free time and increasing stress.
After much effort, I found that balance. Last year, I took 155 days off – yes, unplugged – while managing one of the largest branches for NEO Home Loans and handling regional responsibilities for Oregon and Washington. Now, I want to empower other loan officers to rediscover their passion for the business, increase profitability, reduce stress, and invest more time in things they enjoy.
This site is dedicated to continuing the conversation with like-minded mortgage professionals intrigued and excited by the same journey I am on. It’s to share ideas, be inspired by what is possible, and support one another in our respective goals and dreams.
