Thinking 10x – A December 7th Opportunity For You

personal-growth[2].jpgAs our 10x Growth Summit approaches on December 7th, 2016 I get more and more excited at the opportunity once again to dramatically impact the lives of fellow mortgage, real estate, and financial professionals. I get to share my passion in helping others think bigger about what lies ahead for them and what they are truly capable of.

One of the common questions I get is, “What does 10x mean?” On the surface, it typically refers to multiplying some aspect of your business or money results by 10. The concept has been made more popular in recent years by Grant Cardone’s book, “The 10x Rule”, as well as many others who’ve jumped on this concept. I was first introduced to this concept nearly a decade ago, and it changed my life.

It’s not just about money. It is a way of thinking about your future like no other.

More than anything, it is a mindset; a way of thinking that will change your approach to business and life forever. When I coach on this concept, it means different things to different people. For you, it may mean multiplying your time off in 2017. It might be as simple as multiplying the number of books you read to grow your expertise by 10x. Or it could be as straightforward as mapping out a plan to go from making $100,000 per year to $1,000,000 per year. As you can imagine, a lot of work and planning goes into achieving any of these…and that’s what December 7th is for.

Thinking and planning 10x is more exciting and rewarding than small incremental growth.

10x goals get your team excited about the future. It can make your palms sweat a bit just thinking about it. Sure, along the way to achieving massive growth you must achieve incremental growth. But those are simply the steps along the way to an incredibly bigger, better future that you’ve imagined and set your sights on.

And get this…when you map out a plan to grow your revenue, or production, or income, by 10x, you no longer have room for any of your existing bad habits. No longer can you tolerate mediocrity on your team. No longer can you say “yes” to the wrong clients or business partners. No longer can you stand to waste a day being un-productive.

Thinking 10x changes how you view virtually every aspect of your business and what YOU do in your business.

Join us on December 7th, 2016. I will once again share with those attending our event, a custom process for thinking, planning, and taking 10x action in your business (and life). You will be forced to think about a future that may seem so absurd to you today, yet powerfully exciting. You’ll even hear some laughter from your colleagues in the room at first. That is, until they begin to realize that through the process it may actually be realistic and achievable.

You won’t believe it can ever happen at first, until you are done with the exercise. You will have designed a new path to building the business and life you truly want, and a plan to begin eliminating the aspects of the aspects you don’t enjoy.

If you haven’t registered already and if there’s still availability by the time you read this and take action, then commit to joining me. It is an entire day committed to YOUR growth and success. Register here: 10x Growth Summit
